ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  - The last SAB Meeting was at CONNEX and was open to the everyone with updates on whats going on in CIECA and the committees.

  - AI Committee: Raj Pofale and James Spears
    - We had our Kickoff meeting with members of the industry that was interested in AI
    - Next Steps is to set prioritization about what standards we need to focus on
    - Look at Training and expectations from the consumers who would be adoption the AI Technology and how these pictures and videos will work.
    - Look at the quality of the pictures of the video and how to implement.
  - Architecture Committee: Dan Webster
    - CAPIS version 1 was released October 20, 2022
    - Architecture has looked at the best way for CAPIS to move forward and have agreed that the Data Dictionary being flattened and completed would be the best use for Architecture Committee.
  - Calibration: Darrell Amberson
    - Had our kickoff meeting and did introductions of the industry members that were present and talked about the pain points the industry is facing.
    - Going to review the Calibration workflow in the next meeting.
  - Education Sub-Committee: Don Porter and Stacey Phillips
    - Looking for speakers for 2023 CONNEXs Conference
      - Looking for CONNEX theme
    - Planning CIECAST webinar spearkers
  - Emerging Technologies Ad hoc Committee: Frank Terlep and Gene Lopez
    - Looking at Third Party impacts to the Collision Industry.
      - Last meeting we did a review of the what Third Party was and how it was part of the collision industry
      - After the meeting, Stacey reached out to OEMs and to Apple that are both happy to help, but they would like to know the more specific questions that the committee has.
      - In the next meeting we will review the Policy that GM provided and Apple and come up with defined questions.
  - EV Committee: Frank Phillips, Jake Rodenroth and Ginny Whelan
    - Kicking off Q1
  - OEM Repair Procedure Committee - Mark Allen and Phil Martinez
    - Subset team is working to

    - Going to review workflows.
