ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

        We have the concept of a full Vehicle info and a Light Vehicle info,
      - We have had 2 working sessions to work on the design and concepts live with everyone’s input and it has been a very successful approach.

      - CIECAST
        The January CIECAST was held last week with one of the largest viewings. Susanna Gotsch, senior director, industry analyst for CCC Intelligent Solutions discusses the changes that have impacted the collision industry since the pandemic and what they mean in 2022 and beyond
        February CIECAST will be Brandon Lower to discuss Security.
    - Emerging Technologies Adhoc Committee: Frank Terlep and Gene Lopez/Paulette
      - Completed Telematics
        Analysis documentation was used to determine what was Telematics and that was all of the OEM websites and who used what
        The basic workflow of working on a Vehicle with Telematics, talking to the customer, working with OEM OneStop
        A summary document was created to show the findings of the committee, but not to be published.
      - Working through remaining identified Emerging Tech.
        There was 13 identified Emerging Technologies
        AI is up next to discuss.
    - Recycled Parts & Inventory (RPI) Committee: Ginny Whelan/Paulette
      - Continue to work on the procurement of parts for the EV battery and Electric Car itself
    - Repair Order Committee and Repair Status & Process Project: Jim Puskas and Chris Hall/Paulette
      - Had the kickoff meeting to go over the new Business Use Cases and new documentation
