ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

- Jira Reports
  - Reviewed overall counts of 2021 Releases
    - 2021R1 had 143 planned Jiras, 139 Completed, 2 Moved, 2 deleted
    - 2021R2 had 150 planned Jiras, 44 Completed, 102 moved, 4 deleted
      - 100 of the 102 moved were due to the Implementation Guides, Appendix C and Workflows being created on the new website. The work has been completed, but they have not been approved by the Committee and the SAB so they were moved.
    - 2022R1 has 123 planned, 2 completed, 0 moved, 0 deleted
      - Looked at the 16 Main Jiras that had the Subtask that added to the 100 moved Jiras, these are all linked to the Products on CIECA.com and under each of the 16 we have a task for moving workflow, creating Business Use Cases and Implementation guides and removing duplicates from the existing Implementation Guides and Appendix C. The work has been completed, but we need committee review and approval.
      - We have 10 new Jiras that were found in QA to investigate, some are spelling issues that we need committee input.

    - Architecture Committee: Dan Webster / Paulette Reed
      - Release was completed October 20, 2021
      - Architecture thinks the Vehicle Light Prototype is Complete
        preparing documentation of the steps and guidelines for API development to turn over to other committees.
        Architecture will review all committee(s) work to make sure it meets the guidelines CIECA created.
      - Investigating issues with phone numbers in the BMS
    - Education Sub-Committee: Don Porter/Stacey/Paulette
      - Last week we had our CIECAST for the Past/Current/Future of CIECA Standards and the 2021R2 Release
      - Finalizing presenters for November/December speaker and early 2022 speakers
      - A Survey on ideas for the next CONNEX was sent
        Location was one of the topics on the survey, most results were about the convenience of the location and things within walking distance and not a specific location.
        The Education, Marketing and CONNEX meetings will review all the survey results.
    - Emerging Technologies Adhoc Committee: Frank Terlep and Gene Lopez/Paulette
      - ADAS Phase I is completed, we know as with all Emerging Technologies that new things will come up under this category, but at this time, ADAS codes were added to the 2021R2 release and completed.
      - The Committee looked at OEM Telematics and Categories of Telematics
      - The Committee would like to create a checklist of Telematics to help identify the data needed and turning the checklist over to CIC may be an option after the data is captured.
    - Recycled Parts & Inventory (RPI) Committee: Ginny Whelan/Paulette
      - New OEMs members have joined
      - Looking to work on the Lifecycle of the EV and Battery to determine data needed.
    - Repair Order Committee and Repair Status & Process Project: Jim Puskas and Chris Hall/Paulette
      - Next meeting will be November 9 to go over the pain points the members will identify.
      - The SAB committee discussed working with VDI committee on OEM Repair Procedures and we will bring this up in the next meeting.
      - The Repair Status was volunteered as a good candidate for working on the new API.
    - Vehicle Damage and Imaging Committee (Incl. PDR): Phil Martinez/Paulette
      - Looking to kickoff the OEM Repair Procedures
  - Implementation Mode/Inactive Committees:

    - We are not having semi annual meetings as in past, but we will be having meetings for all committees in the next couple of weeks to go over the changes in the Implementation Guides, Workflows, Appendix C and web pages. This will hopefully get someone to volunteer from that committee.

Great Meeting Everyone, I thought we would finish early due to just having a release last week, but I knew if I promised Kim an early out, something would come up. We finished in record time; have a Great Week.
