ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • Antitrust was accepted

  • Meeting minutes was accepted

  • Discussion on how meeting invite changed to just have link to Confluence page for meeting minutes to prevent multiple messages going out.

  • The BMS Tool Conversion demo was not needed because Dan and Mike had already worked on the FNOL messages.

    • We reviewed Dan and Mike's work in GitHub.

      • They are both simplified, Mike and Dan will work on merging their versions together.

      • Noted aggregates removed for simplifications: Admin and Party.

      • property names were started in lower case to follow our JSON style guide, and acronyms are treated like words – all lower case except initial capital in the middle of a property name.

  • The Architecture Committee is using FNOL as a proof of concept that the JSON Style Guide and architecture principles work. The Architecture Committee is working off the existing BMS messages and after the FNOL message is completed by the Architecture team, it will be taken to the FNOL team to review and for final approval.

  • Party Model could be made with All Types of party to simplify.

  • Vehicle Info could we have a simple Vehicle and a complex vehicle?

    • Dan is going to work on creating a simplified Vehicle Info and add it to GitHub.

  • Claim Info, Document Info, Vehicle Info are all BMS Objects that need to be simplified. Committee members are going to work on this offline and bring the results back to the committee for review.
