ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

- Agenda for Face-to-Face meeting
  - Objective of the meeting is to come up with the first version of CAPIS to publish in October.
    - Look at the Common Data Aggregates in the BMS and prioritize most used (AdminInfo/Party, PartInfo, ClaimInfo) and work on creating the json schema.
    - Create API messages to show the proof of concept of using vehicle, party, and others objects together.
    - Create Instance documents to validate
    - Work on GitHub and Stoplight to promote the changes
    - Work on http://cieca.com pages necessary to publish and educate CIECA members of CAPIS
