• Antitrust and Meeting minutes acceptance.

• Architecture Meeting

  • Next weeks Architecture meeting is the same time the 2020R1 Release CIECAST; do we reschedule or cancel?

  • The Architecture meeting from Charley ends on Dec 15, 2020

    • When do we want to start the Architecture meetings up again?

    • Do we want to schedule for an hour and just drop off early if we don’t have discussions.

    • Do we want to keep the same time, or send a Doodle to find the best time?

• CEICA Staff is working on a Communications Campaign to kickoff the new committee(s) mid January.

• Copyright Code list discussion from the CIECA Executive Committee

• Examples of Calibration and Scan from Darrell that was requested during the 2020R2 QA was received and put in the Architecture Work Documents in Dropbox on Confluence.

• Part Type, Rate Type, Total Type, Labor Type, Other Charges Code list sync review

  • Identify differences to get in sync.

• Currently have codes with 4 characters, however, we are running out of Labor Codes and we need to look at the impact of moving this code to 5 characters.

• Changes to the Architecture Guidelines from QA and description change for code list value update.

• Standardize Percentage definitions question (Becky)

Meeting Minutes

• Meeting minutes approved from last meeting

• Technical issues with the gotomeeting, we restarted the meeting to allow more members to join.

• Architecture Meeting

  • Next weeks Architecture meeting is the same time the 2020R1 Release CIECAST; the Architecture Committee meeting will be cancelled and started back up January 2020.

  • The proposal is to move the meetings to an hour if all regular attending members can make an hour. The proposal is for the meeting to remain on Tuesday and start a 1/2 hour earlier and go a full hour.

    • Check with Dan to make sure meeting proposal works.

• The CIECA Executive Committee recommended not using the trademark ROE and discontinuing the code and coming up with a new code.

  • This is due to the ROE not following CIECA standards in code naming conventions.

  • The discussion for PAL for Party Type to have its description changed to match the Like Kind and Quality.

    • Every insurance company has its own description of Like Kind and Quality.

      • Some may be same year or newer

      • Some may be same mileage or less.

  • New Part Codes for recycled

    • Parts Recycled

    • Parts Recycled Aftermarket; this was found in the current code list as PRA

    • Parts Recycled OEM

      • Jeff is going to send a proposal of the new codes since he is familiar with the codes for us to review in the next meeting.
