Meeting Minutes

Everyone was welcomed to the meeting by Dan.  The antitrust was agreed upon.  The minutes from previous meetings were approved.  The meeting began recording prior to the anti-trust.

The meeting focused on reviewing the Calibration and Recycled Parts and Inventory Committee changes to the BMS. Next will be reviewing the Code Lists. The decision was to review the BMS and not the instance document or the App C schema representation.

The changes were all approved through the Calibration Info. Discussion on the ADAS Reviewed with Owner indicator was discussed. The question was the indicator combines discussing the features and informing them that the vehicle’s ADAS features have been reset to factory settings. It was noted that this maybe deleted based on the Repair Event that has the same information. The combination of the two events parallels what the Calibration Committee had in their workflow.

While the spell checking of the schema and then the BMS is a process that has been developed by Andy, it will be completed via a recorded webinar that can be referred to and documented. In addition the corrections of spelling errors found if not in the current release. The current release can be corrected before it is produced.

Great meeting.
