ANTITRUST STATEMENT
As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Parts and Materials Procurement Committee suggested changes.
Percentage is defined differently in the BMS (some negative and some positive only) do we need to standardize?
3.6.4 Deductible Info has option XOR, but its Not in schema(backward compatibility) needs XOR to be removed and both be optional.
Compare the Schemas to show the differences.
Go through the new items that need to be spelled checked to get approval of spellings and added to the list.

Review of the Architecture Guideline changes was postponed till next meeting so we can get through the PMP review.
Meeting Minutes on Confluence is successful and easy to follow.
There was never a set date for releases, it was floating day in April and October.
The CIECA Staff meet and proposed that we would schedule releases on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month.
Architecture Committee approves of the dates.

GlobalPartPriceAdjustments being added to Header and using the existing aggregate RateInfo and optional was agreed.
TotalEstimateAmt being added to common type LossInfo and using Currency and optional was agreed.
Repair Total Information is not part of the Parts message, so this is being added to capture.
There was a work around to capture the field by using ClaimInfo Custom field, but everyone agrees it is better to capture a field.
PriceInfo is used for SelectedPart and QuotedPart, so instead of adding the new fields below to both those aggregates, PriceInfo is used to minimize the impact of changes.

SupplierDiscountPct/Positive percent/optional
Becky requested that Percentage being defined differently in the BMS (some negative and some positive only) be added to the QA meeting.
There was a brief discussion on Percentage for the SupplierDiscountPct field, but the main discussion will wait for Becky to return.
Charley had found a difference in the BMS and the Schema.

Committee agreed that they should both be made Optional in the BMS and the dotted line removed.
The BMS is changed to match the schema.
Need to add the last change information and include into history.
