ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • Meeting minutes accepted

  • Question was ask if we should add comments to the json schemas.

    • In the json styleguide that we created, we listed that we would not add comments to the schema. The Json documentation should specify all things that would be in the comments.

  • Code List

    • FNOL has been handled manually at this time because it is just a subset to prove Proof of concept.

    • We will generate full code list for the capis project at a later date.

    • Adding the Description to Code List is okay to leave.

    • Revisit Code list when we convert the complete code list.

    • Mike will add the code list needed for claimInfo after Paulette provides a list of the code list needed.

  • Review of claimInfo and vehicleInfo schemas

    • In the schema the Primary and Secondary Point of Impact was moved into one array with the possibility of adding a new code list to identify the type of POI was reflected. The committee decided it was best to have primaryPoi and secondaryPois as in the BMS.

    • Coordinate information is inside the address aggregate in the BMS, it currently is not in the address for json schema.

      • Dan is going to look through the work he has done on Coordinate (latitude/longitude) and bring that back to the committee.

    • VIN number can be longer than 17 characters?

      • Research and be brought back in next weeks meeting.

    • Simple Type Year for Model Year, Make Model Year string.

    • Additional Properties are set to equal false.

    • For vehilceInfo the modelYear, make and modelName were set to be required.

      • This committee would like to discuss the required fields and may need to meet with other committees.
