    • We completed the review and acceptance of <CalibrationInfo> last meeting.

    • <ScanInfo> review completed

      • <ScanDTC> under <ScanDetail> was changed from optional to required.

    • <FileAttachment> did not need to be reviewed in detail because it was an existing and just added.

    • <ApplicationInfo> was requested by Recycled Parts and Inventory committee to be repeating because they need at least 2 for Inventory system and Yard system. The question was brought up that the systems were interchangeable and one would be used at a time. (See Action item below)

    • <RepairOrderFolder> had <CalibrationInfo> and <ScanInfo> added, but no <FileAttachement> because it already existed.

    • <RepairOrderFolderAddRq> had <CalibrationInfo> and <ScanInfo> added, but no <FileAttachement> because it already existed.

    • <FileAttachment> description under section 8 should be changes to say This also includes attachments to reflect this was an addition of types and not just calibration and scan types.

    • In reviewing the BMS and the Implementation guides for training, it was noticed that the documents were out of sync. The committee agreed that the tags being correct was important, but the descriptions could be different and recommended leaving them out of sync.

    • <ArrangeForVehiclePickUpInd> discussion was suggested we reach out to Dan for more clarification. (See Action item below)

Action items

Charley to provide team with purple hair pictures from his Roll and Stroll for Pancreas cancer event.
Charley/Paulette get clarification from Recycled Parts and Inventory on the need for repeating <ApplicationInfo> in the Parts and Material Header.
Charley check with Dan on the upper case U and F characters for <ArrangeForVehiclePickUpInd>

Decisions

  1. It is okay for the BMS and the Implementation Guide descriptions to remain out of sync.
  2. Dan confirmed that the top one is correct: the capital “F” is because “arrange for” is two words; the lower case “u” is because the noun form of “pickup” (defined as “an act of collecting a person or goods, especially in a vehicle”)
