ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Code List Changes Review: Calibration & Recycled Parts & Inventory

    • Code List Spelling Errors

      • Blue Code List Names are additions

      • Red Code Lists Names are corrections

      • Both (blue and red) are new with corrections.

  • Spell Check the Schema then the BMS

    • Record the Session of us Doing This

  • Now Begin Updating for 2020R2 Schemas

  • Review of the JSON Draft Provided from Stacey (When Ready)

  • How do we compare new schemas changes to original schemas with Andy’s tool

  • BMS review was completed and accepted.

  • Schema Review

    • All the BMS schemas were created, Next step is to get with Andy to test and get code list and validate.

    • It was noticed that damage line info aggregate was in the BMSEstimateCommonTypes twice, so the BMS was reviewed and the duplicate was removed.

  • Code List Review

    • We have 2 code list files, one of the extension and one for the classic, but only the extension is used.

    • Assembly Source code Honda and Toyota will remain to be backward compatible, OEM is the new code.

    • Attachment File Type

      • Repair and Calibration added

      • OEM Build Data Sheet added

      • Calibration Target added

      • OEM Procedures

      • OEM Program File

      • Scan was added in 2017, but is being used by the new Calibration messages, so it was reviewed and agreed upon.BMS Version 2020R2 6.2.0 added

    • Certification Type we added I for International ISO 9000 standards and X for Six Sigma

    • Damage Locator Part Code is in flux still

      • Front Bumper Cover added

      • Front Bumper Header Panel added

      • Front Bumper Assembly added

      • Rear Bumper Cover added

      • Rear Bumper End Panel added

      • Rear Bumper Assembly added

      • Rear Clip added

      • Truck Cab

    • Damage Type Z was added for Not specified because * will not pass validator.

      • Discussion on if * will pass validator or not.

      • UTF8 VS UTF16, it should validate, but does not show up in code set as other characters like the tilde do.

      • Could U be used for Unknown instead of Z because U is not used currently?

    • Electric Propulsion probably will not be ready for this release from Recycled parts. This is for Electric Vehicle parts.

    • Event Type

      • ADAS Customer Review added

      • OEM Build Data Sheet Accessed added

      • OEM Procedures Accessed added

      • OEM Program Files Downloaded added

      • Test Drive added

    • ID Qualifier

      • OEM Certified added

    • Labor Operation

      • Added OP41 - OP44

    • Labor Type LAAE added

    • Line Item Category (AD for ADAS)

      • ADCD, ADCI, ADCS, ADDO, ADPR, ADRA, ADRE, ADSC, ADTD, ADVT added

      • These are two part codes, Becky ask if State Farm was in the meeting when these were created and the response was no.

    • Location Type - MSO added

    • Part Type - ROE Added

      • Column D transferred to CID wo we can delete

    • Party Type - MSO added

    • Rate Type LAAE added

    • Ship Via - Transportation Hub added

    • Total Type LAAE added

    • Unit of measure

      • D4 for degrees was added

      • MR, 77 and M2 added

  • Code List Review is good until Face to Face meeting
