ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • Antitrust Accepted

  • Meeting Minutes Accepted

  • Dan did a demo of the bundling concept that he was working on.

    • The Examples are in GitHub under a new branch; schema-bundling-test.

    • The branch was not showing up in Stoplight, but we determined that each Branch needs to be synced and got the data into stoplight.

    • Would like everyone to take a look at the examples and provide feedback by next weeks meeting.

  • Paul discussed the direction CIECA was moving with a document to discuss the usage of the CIECA Standards.

    • All of our members are contributors to our standards and we want to make sure they are protected to use the standards in the companies.

    • Paul will send out an email to get everyone thinking about the verbiage that would be needed in the documents to protect the contribution companies.

    • Mike mentioned the patening design and W3P licensing as examples.
