ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Agenda

  • Antitrust and Meeting minutes acceptance

  • Work Session

Meeting Minutes

  • Antitrust Accepted

  • Meeting Minutes Accepted

  • Working Session

  • References and Definitions example and discussion Definitions & References - JSON Schema (cswr.github.io)

    • How to get manageable subset of larger objects

      • We have VIN Decode as a subset of VehicleInfo

    • How do we build up to a complete model?

      • Can you bring in objects like powertrain, body and keep flat hierarchy.

      • Dan has examples of keeping the flat hierarchy.

    • The web page above uses a soccer team to show the build up of objects with references

      • Object that shows person by first name, last name and age

      • Then add it to a definition section with a name of Person with the object

      • Then you have a schema that has a ref to include the person and the football team object

    • This allows for the flat not have extraneous hierarchy, which is the architecture concept we are wanting to prove.

  • The SDC committees will need to work on getting together to determine what is extraneous hierarchy because they are the experts of the aggregates that were created for the messages they are using.

  • Reviewed Dans Excel document that shows the Vehicle Info and the hierarchy

  • Rules Set:

    • Aggregates with different name for the same aggregate (AdminInfo, Renter, company)

      • Not different names as the same aggregates, these are Common Types, they have the same reference (Party, Repair Facility, Adjuster)

      • We will continue to have Common Types

      • Use Arrays

  • Reviewed the changes to XML spy to show the aggregates from the Excel document and the bundling.

    • XML Spy with JSON does not care about the order; but the names are by length instead of the order you had in the schema.
