ANTITRUST STATEMENT
As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Approval of Meeting Minutes
The schemas and instances have been completed; so now we want to start the process of validating the documents. We are moving forward faster than normal because we would like to supply Mitchell, CCC and Auto Tech with the information prior to release because of the number of changes.
The meeting was recorded so we could track the steps in validation and spell checking.
One item we need to do is get the tool to compare the two versions of the schemas so we can just walk through the changes. Andy has a tool and we can work offline to get this set up and prepare for a future meeting.
The next item to work through is creating the Aggregate and word list for spell checking. Andy walked us through generating those documents. We ran out of time before we could compare and will do that in the next meeting.
