ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Reviewed document of the merged EMS, BMS and CAPIS

    • Change OEM back to alternate.

  • Talked about the Google Share Drive so we can all work on the document at the same time.

  • We reviewed our Rules, they are listed on cieca.com capis guidelines page.

    • Changing acronyms to not be all caps

      • if they start of property name it's all lower case, if they are in middle of a property name the 1st letter capitalized.

    • using camel case with 1st letter lowercase

    • array names plural.

    • Num and count should be consistent with QTY

    • Need abbreviations listed any consistent use of abbreviations. If Num is an abbreviation for number, we should not use both, we should always use the abbreviation.

  • Arrays

    • The items that repeated.

      • Repair Lines and damaged lines with a part info aggregate that breaks out the OEM part number and price, if we want multiple parts on a single line we added Max occurs equal unlimited.

      • CAPIS we made engine and transmissions arrays because we can have multiple with hybrid vehicles.

  • Dan is going to take the action item of adding the BMS and our rules and suggesting a CAPIS name.

    • When we move, we need to make sure the BMS aggregates that we agreed to remove are deleted from CAPIS, Document Info is one example.

    • we removed some names due to flattening.

  • VDI committee kickoff invites being sent to the members.
