ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Chris Question about property names and the BMS element discussion.

    • We should provide the property names in the schema to allow others to create APIs.

    • With the movement to new CIECA APIS being pushed to the committees, it is best for Architecture to focus on the guidance about what we are going to call fields.

      • We need to get a list of all elements.

      • Divide and come up with the new names for guidance.

    • Provide guidelines or rules to help them propose new APIS.

  • EMS

    • Mike and Paulette were working on going through the EMS and BMS and what is in CAPIS today.

    • Mike worked on EMS elements and changed the names to follow the guidance of CAPIS.

    • Do we need an EMS API, or do we convert what we think is needed to CAPIS and then show through implementation guides how to create an EMS in API?
