Meeting Minutes

  • Antitrust Accepted

  • Meeting Minutes Reviewed and Accepted

  • Changes for 2022R2 Release

    • Mike went over the changes for Contact object and Company object.

      • The BMS had 17 different varieties of Party, these varieties had the party plus 1 - 5 additional elements.

      • With CAPIS first release, Party was flattened by adding the additional elements to Party that was used with zero base budgeting used.

        • Mitchell likes the idea of keeping Party small and adding the elements to new specialized parties when needed.

        • Mikes new version seems to follow the BMS way with multiple variants of party.

      • Address was added to Contact Object

      • ID was flattened

      • The change to email was a breaking change where several instance documents had to be edited.

      • Problem with release build

        • The schema that we used in the endpoint example needs to reference the definitions and the bundles.

        • Mike moved the definitions to be the same level as the schema folder in order to get the references to work in the schemas.

    • Have new version with ID and remove second last name to QA next week.

  • CONNEX

    • How are we going to present CAPIS?

      • What does our presentation look like and how do we show how CAPIS works and how to implement it?

        • Will we do a Stoplight Studio demo or Postman the API or do we just show JASON or YAML or neither?

        • Do to issues we experienced last year, it may be best to just have powerpoint slides (Jazzy ones or a Whiz Bang).

      • We added new objects but the endpoint is the same.

        • This means to update stoplight we had to create a new project.

Great Work everyone
