ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Review the combination of Dan/Mike/Paulette and CAPIS names

    • AftermarketUsage in the BMS was changed to aftermarketUsageInd in a previous version of CAPIS and in the recommendation from Dan was changed back to aftermarketUsage.

    • aftermarketUsageInd is correct and we will stay with that proposal.

    • There are a number that said that a correct version was already included, however they were not

      • This was due to Excel removing duplicates and removed the correct version, add the correct proposals back for those. requestedForExtensionAuthorization, rentalVehicleNeededInfo, subrogationDamageType, repairFacilityType, rentalOfficeDetail, fulfilledPartsSubstitueType, approvalForSaleReceived, ApprovalForSaleRequested

    • CertifiedPart or certifiedPartInd in CAPIS, do we need certifiedPartInd?

      • Review and come back later.

    • Exterior Color and oemColorCode and colorName are all verified to be correct

    • idNum is not needed, id is capis

    • itemCount and itemQauantity will both be itemQty with new standard

      • Need to see where these are used and make sure they are still good.

    • taxableInd is laborTaxableInd

    • we need both lineNum and ProcurementRefLineNum

    • Price and otherPrice will both stay for now until we can prove we can use them together

    • partneryKey is partnerId in capis

    • phoneNumber is phoneNum and we have arrays. We need to discuss arrays in the next meeting

      • One way of thinking of an array in XML is repeating element, but the other way of thinking is to have a wrapper around the repeating element.

    • nonOem and alternate part change back to alternateParts

      • This was done in the document after the last meeting.

    • we will change quantity to qty and will we need to keep qtyInfo
