ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

- Chris Added the Rules to the Column and everyone is very impressed
  - We added a few more rules to the document for Flattening and Zero Based Budgeting
  - If we have more than 100 rules we may need t extend the data validation
- B and C Word list
  - B was from affected party B, representative party B from subrogation
  - C was from data type C for Character
  - These are not field names but tags
- File Attachment
  - Came up in VDI that it did not have URL in the Capis Version.
  - We worked on this before and Mike Hastings will come up with a proposal
  - Also check with the AI committee proposal to see what they had for URL and Images.
  - Chris can provide an example
- Review of document with proposals.
