ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • Dan took all the BMS tag names to propose a new Capis name version using the rules previously documented.

    • With the analysis Dan created a CAPIS Abbreviation list, we need to compare with BMS list.

    • We have an Acronym list.

  • Analysis for Additional name ruling.

    • Pickup is correct spelling and 'U' should not be capitalized.

    • Acronyms are treated has words in camel case.

    • The use of sub and word, the second word should not be capitalized. subcategory, subtype

    • abbreviation of qty should be used for number of, count, qty.

    • abbreviation of amt should always be used instead of the word amount.

    • Acronyms should always be used when they are on the CAPIS list.

    • Uuid should be used.

    • Hazardous was misspelled and corrected.

    • No need to use an abbreviation for service.

    • underbar is not to be used in the name.

  • Reviewed Referral request

    • We have a number of new fields and to do a comparison.

    • We need to check with EHI to see the name specific fields and what they expect

  • Reviewed AI Request

    • Need same fix to the fields.
