ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • Meeting on May 9, 2023 was cancelled due to attendees being out of town on business, May 2 meeting notes were reviewed

  • Completed the Review of Parties/Contacts/User/Phone Num/Email/IM

    • Agreed Phone Num Type Code List would be used for Phone numbers and it would remain as it is.

      • Review current list and see what we need to add or remove for CAPIS

        • Mike added TX for Text

    • Emails object can be an array and set up like phone number

      • Dan says they have an array and a Preferred indicator

    • When we have a preferred indicator on Email and a preferred indicator on a phone number, we do not have one standard communication, that can be driven by the application.

    • Mike showed a demo on how phone number was an array and the new TX phone number type, showed the preferred email and IM being added.

      • It was decided email would be an array, so we do not need a field for preferred email.

      • Mikes demo showed how contacts was used in Company

      • Reviewed CAPIS 0.0.1 to see how phone number was set compared to the proposed.

  • Breaking Changes

    • We have a protype to help the industry see where we are headed with CAPIS and to draw conversation, however, it is okay to break at this point.

    • The versioning that we are using should allow for these differences.

  • Preferred Indicator

    • We have waited on array with a preferred indicator and how we want to handle that going forward, we can talk about, but it shouldn't keep holding up these meetings.

  • CAPIS BADD

    • Reviewed the CAPIS Cross Reference Excel document and it was decided that Paulette could start converting to CAPIS and then we would review, just start a new branch.

    • Document can be found in Confluence under Work Documents.

  • Work Meeting

    • Thursday work meeting to clean up the branches and then Mike and Paulette can create branches to start the work they are doing in GitHub for next Release.

  • Pete, Mountaineer Business Technology is independent software consultant specializing in the collision industry and willing to help out the Architecture Committee and wants to be more involved.
