ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Network

    • Pickleball is taking over tennis courts everywhere.

      • Crash course in pickleball

    • Mike jinxed Paulette’s truck!

      • The Truck acted up so bad the driver decided to pull over and try to reset the code. Then the truck would not start and when everyone got of the truck, it started on its own.

  • Antitrust statement accepted.

  • Meeting minutes accepted.

  • Thoughts on CIECAST and CONNEX

    • We should send a poll to the technical teams to see if they would be interested in just a presentation by someone and then an update with CIECA Standards.

    • Could we do a Business/Technical mix presentation at CONNEX with a panel showing how CIECA is implemented and used in the industry. Best Practices Panel Discussion

  • Review JIRAS

    • Link the Common JIRAS together.

    • Discuss Contact and review CSSBT-3 next week.

    • Discussion on common Property and arrays use for Address, Phone number and Contact are the big items we need to analyze.

    • We marked several jiras complete.

      • We assigned jiras and created new ones to help the direction of the Architecture committee.
