Jeff Schroder shared a concept of the relationships between users, contacts and companies.
First Example showed the structure.
Concept where a user is a shell with the information related to a user. Example of this data is User Authentication (User Name and ID).
Contact data is name, address, address, phone numbers, email and we could have multiples of these.
The Amazon method where we would have a user and then a primary bill to and a primary ship to.
Transaction example showed the behind-the-scenes database and how we were populating the bill-to and shipping address with the information that was in the user schema.
The contact information is the contact object.
Many contacts associated with the user.
A contact can have a reference ID and company reference ID, company name, company ID
The parent would be party.
Named Value Pairs Vs Arrarys
The Phone number can be named repairfacilityPhone and use reference of phone number.
The Phone Number can have a type field that says the phone number is a repair facility.
Phone Numbers
Good with what we have in capis for now
ID Types
User ID, Company ID, Account ID
Should these be named properties or ID Norms with an ID Qualifer?
Capis ended up with both types in first version.
Parts is another example of Named valued properties
Feel like tearing these down into separate properties makes more sense.
ID Qualifier has 52 different ID Qualifiers.
Great Discussion everyone, we ran out of time so continue next week.
