ANTITRUST STATEMENT
As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Chris took an action item last week to find the named Properties that have the same name as the array except it’s singular.
We thought we had a rule on this, but the rule does not seem to be clear
we are not consistent in using the rule and how we used it (this is because A may have been done different than Z), but we need a clear standard.
Dan took Action Item to reword the rules with the logic we discussed.
We went through all the Info and deferred to the committees.
