ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • Congrats to Chis Martinez for receiving a CIECA Award for “Rookie of the Year”, since him and Dan are baseball fans, it seemed like a great win.

  • Antitrust Accepted

  • Meeting Minutes were Accepted

  • EMStoBMStoCAPIS

    • New Rule was made “subject first followed by modifier when you use daily, qty, amt.

      • Sam is going to take a look through the already approved names to make sure they follow this rule.

    • We do have a Jira to look through CAPIS and changes things to the EMStoBMStoCAPIS that have been approved after they were in CAPIS.

    • We made it to Team, but know this would need plural and more work than an “Yes” approve.

      • 64 to Go.
