ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • We have new member Joseph Wilbur that was invited by Dan to attend.

    • Seems that meeting invites are not going out when additions are made.

  • Review of AI

    • Waiting on AI committee member to be able to attend the meeting

  • Release and Webinar

    • Analysis on the Google Doc and CAPIS needs to be done to update all the code list and any other fields to get these in sync for the next release.

    • Google Doc will be release with new schemas

    • Look into Database move and documentation for second release

    • AI would be rushed to make the changes proposed for April, so it will be fall before that is moved.

  • Parking Lot

    • RemittanceInvoiceInfo missing?

    • The Info fields like glassInfo, rentalInfo…. do we want to remove the “info”

    • ValuationAmtDetail is the last field in the parking lot
