ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Discussion of Release Timeline

    • We have 2 releases a year now, should be do more agile type releases and not wait 6 months to add new information.

    • Example, Dan brought changes to the Architecture Committee the week before QA, in most situations, there would be no way to get these Code List added, which would mean waiting 6 months.

    • This is something that can be discussed at a later time.

      • We would need good test instances and a build suite to do more than releases a year so it does not take much more time.

      • We would need to look into allowing more people into GitHub or how do we want to handle the releases.
