ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • After last week's meeting, GitHub was updated to change the definitions document to be in sync with the rules, such as qty was all changed, the additional levels of OdometerInfo were removed and we have Odometer, and the document is now alphabetical.

  • Review quotedPart

    • Reuse of vinNum without using the vehicle.

      • We do not have a final decision if we will be using vehicle or the properties we want.

  • Code List Naming

    • Some of our Code List are named with code at the end and others do not have code.

      • State Province does not have code

      • Country Code does have code

      • It is fine to use code in the name and sometimes it does make sense, so it will continue to be a judgement

  • Check how many messages are using Return Policy in the BMS

  • The Rule for arrays to be plural is good, but properties may be plural such as notes, comments, and messages.

  • Continue the abbreviation check for using num

  • Andy offered to help SSH for password

  • Simple Type definitions moved up to definitions

    • Adding Simple Type to definitions is good.

    • Need to fix phone number, it is not built and there is still work to be done.

      • Create a Jira to work on phone number pattern

  • Remove Mitchell references from GitHub

    • Removing it does not actually remove, it will still know that it was there as a forensic trail

  • Reviewed Cross Reference

  • Worked on Claims Excel to have the same documentation

    • deductibleBasedOnPercentageMethod we think we can remove for zero based ruling, but we will give a week to let everyone to review.

    • Inspection review to see if we want to bring it up.
