ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    - Vehicle is the center of the universe and is growing in more roles as an actor.

- When we think of “actors” we need to think of these areas
  - The actor
  - The data the actor generates
  - The data the actor needs
Ontonomo, a global platform for the connected car, gets 150+ data parameters and has 16 OEMs
- Today a car has 25gb of data a day
- 4,000gb of data is projected for a car to use a day in the future
- How is vehicle data stored?
We were still missing clear definitions and Ginny volunteered to help get these definitions for the group to review.
- Mobility definition; Fred had sent a definition for Mobility that we can review.
- Behavioral definition
- Mobile Service Providers definition
- Remote Service Providers definition
  - We need to look at getting a representative for remote service providers on this committee.
TPA stands for Third Party Administrator; Safelight is a current CIECA member that could represent TPA in Emerging Tech.
Cancel April 21 meeting for CIC Conference.
