ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Antitrust Accepted

  • Meeting Accepted

  • Reviewed the Code List Additions and finalized in the Committee

    • Committee Approved the additions

      • Active Parking Assistance is marked as an Accessory in the current list, the Committee would recommend it being moved to Safety and Security. It is possible to have it in both categories or we can deprecate it from Accessories and recommend usage of Safety and Security. Code list are not deleted, but they can be deprecated.

      • HUD stay under lights or moved to Safety and Security? In the 80s and 90s Heads up display was a cool thing, but with the new augmentation and technology, it has moved into the Safety and Security.

        • Homework for the Committee, Send and 80s or 90s picture of yourself to be displayed in the next meeting.

      • Automatic High Beam is a convince, however, Dynamic Lighting is safety and security.

    • Architecture will review next Tuesday and provide feedback or approve

    • After Architecture approval, the changes will be made and QA for October 2021 Release
