ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

- This list came from CIECAS Business Segments and was used to help identify the actors.
  - The definitions came from numerous teams and how they used the terminology
  - Paulette will work on syncing the definitions with CIC Wikipedia and can reach out to Chuck Olsen if she needs help.
  - If CIECA has definitions that CIC does not have; we can propose those definitions to CIC, but this would leave all of the definitions in one place.
- It was decided to remove all of the definitions from this list
  - Repair Definition and all bullet points need to be removed.
  - Service Providers and Software providers may be duplicated, look for duplicates and remove.
  - Sublet falls under Repairer
- QR codes are on vehicles to be scanned to let first responders, tow companies, and repairers what is dangerous and what is safe on a vehicle.
