ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

  • General Discussion about Vision of the Committee

    • Monthly or quarterly meetings is expected.

  • Vision/Mission

    • Consumer electronics, AI, telematics, battery, mobility, ADAS are all areas this committee will need to focus on.

      • GM has a battery named Ultium that may be different than other batteries.

      • Recharging stations at the shop, is this going to be possible for vehicles across manufacturers?

  • Questions to Industry

    • Stacey went over poll questions to ask the industry to get some ideas of what the industry's concerns are.

    • Agreed that the poll could be sent out now to get topics for the first meeting.

  • Confluence

    • Reviewed the template for the Committee Charter and business Plan.

    • Paulette will get Gene and Frank access to Confluence so they can make changes to the pages before Kickoff Meeting.

    • The Team Member section will be changed to include Company affiliation and Industry segment.

  • First Meeting

    • Introductions are probably going to take most of the meeting.

      • Ginny will be introduced as the person that initiated this committee.

    • What does everyone want to get out of this committee meeting?

    • Present Mission and problem to committee for feedback.

  • New Players

    • Data Collectors should be added to this committee, CIECA needs some contacts and we can reach out.
