ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • Reviewed the process of adding items to the release.

      • The code list will be reviewed by the SAB and Architecture teams.

  • Demo of cieca.com changes.

    • Showed where the OEM One Stop information can be found on cieca.com that this committee references.

    • Showed the committee requested changes to the workflows on the webpage.

  • Workflow prerequisites

    • The OEM Repair Procedures is listed on the diagram, and we have other documents that can be used.

    • Chuck was not able to attend the meeting today, so we will wait until he is able to attend to review this topic.
