ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

- We do not have anything scheduled for the April release.
- Do we have any terms or data that is causing issues that we can add to the release?
  - SAE releases standardized ADAS terms and definitions
    - This is the information that was added to the code list previously but will review and see if we have updates.
Meeting update
- Darrell has another meeting conflict, can we start at 11:30
  - Most is good with 11:30 but there are others that have back-to-back meetings if we do this.
  - Do we have goals and content that requires monthly meetings, or should we change the occurrence?
  - Goals would require the chair(s) and larger group.
    - We will send out a doodle poll after we hear back from other members.
