ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Welcome

  • Meeting had low attendance first 10 minutes

    • Informal discussion on OEM Roundtable response to prerequisites was they do not have the resources and they are providing the information in the OEM Repair Procedures, but they would review if someone else came up with it.

    • A question is could there be a process or a message to help repair facilities get specific information if they cannot find it in the OEM Repair Procedures and need to get payment? For example, if you need full tank of gas, but its not specified what process can be done to help share the pain points and get them added to the OEM Repair Procedures?

    • Categories or best practices would say:

      • get OEM Repair Procedures requirements on Room dimensions, color.

      • get weight requirements for vehicle (full tank of gas or weight added)

      • Tire pressure and alignment check

    • Chuck will work on categories for next meeting

    • Paulette will work on UI
