ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

The Antitrust statement was read and the meeting minutes were accepted.
CIECAST Webinars
- May: Pete Tagliapietra, DATATOUCH, is scheduled to speak about the state of data security in the industry on Tuesday, May 24th.
- June: Ryan Mandell, Mitchell International, is scheduled to speak about EV trends on Thursday, June 23rd.
- July-August: Possible presenters include a State Farm representative talking about blockchain; the paint panelists from the prior CONNEX conference and/or a representative from PAVE.
CONNEX Presenters

- Kelly said that she really liked the line up.
- Ginny suggested trying to find more female speakers.
- Next Meeting
  - We discussed having a monthly meeting moving forward since the majority of speakers have been found.
