ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Agenda

  • Welcome/Networking

  • Antitrust

    • This meeting is subject to the terms of the anti-trust and it will be recorded.

  • Review Meeting Minutes

  • Homework Review

    • SAE Acronyms

    • Pain Points with current missing data (weight of vehicle for tow)

    • Findings from Interchange Database on identification of parts for an EV

  • Discussion on What's Next

Meeting Minutes

  • Antitrust Accepted

  • Meeting minutes reviewed and accepted.

  • We have new Terminology that we need to incorporate into our code list and documentation.

  • The weight of the vehicle would be good to have for the repair process for tow and through repairs due to lifts and jack max weight.

  • The battery life cannot be determined without diagnostic testing. As with traditional vehicles, there are other things that impact the lifecycle of battery such as fast charging.

  • Need to identify if the battery is safe to tow and to store and repair

    • The ESA (Engergy Security Agency) Home - Energy Security Agency has risk managment.

    • We need to work on an intake process.

    • Asking ESA to attend the next meeting.

    • Point of Impact of vehicle is needed to help identify damage to the battery.

  • Does VIN have a characater that will identify the EV or Hybrid? We think it may but the details are not known

  • Within Vehicle we may be able to use Trim type to identify the hybrid or EV.
