ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Supply Chain Impacting Electric Vehicle Adoption document review for educational purposes. This document was presented by Chair Ginny Whelan to show the evolving battery chemistry and the changing and extraction of the lithium through different processes aqnd the players that are engaging in that. The role of recycling. State of battery is going to be something we will need to document through the lifecycle of the EV battery.
