ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

        • Members have been reaching out with different pain points around calibration and ADAS. After a brief review with the members to discuss the pain points, it was agreed to have the Calibration Committee start up again.

      • Emerging Technologies Adhoc Ad hoc Committee: Frank Terlep and Gene Lopez

        • We finished the review and education of 3D printing.

          • It was discovered there was no work for CIECA messages at this time.

        • Electrification was the next topic

          • This will be turned over to the EV Committee to review.

        • Third Party Privacy is the next topic we will need to review

          • It was determined, that like 3D printing, we needed to find speakers to help educate the committee
