ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

    • Partnership

      • Is the Partnership between the company making the call or between the receivers? Example: Reed Repair shop sends a referral to Reed Rental for Reed Insurance, does the referral partnership message look for Reed Repair Shop and Reed Insurance or Reed Rental? We could get a list of all companies that Reed Rental has the ability to work with or we can worry about the partnership between Repair Facility and the one they are requesting a referral for.

        • We do not need to focus on Location or Partnership at this time, we want to make referral simple and allow the trading partners to focus on the security they want for this message.

  • We need to get the schemas to review and work with the Architecture team to get them implemented.
