ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

  • Antitrust accepted

  • New Code List ‘Salvage Comprehensive’ for Title Category was requested from Carrie Read with State Farm. This new code would be used in Maine to pass title brand to salvage

Salvage Comprehensive

Salvage vehicle comprehensive (jurisdictional wording for ME)

2020R2 

  • VHI committee wants to validate that the Upper/lower case is correct for the code and the description. Nobody on the call was familiar with the code.

  • Recommended that the individual making the request should be on the call.

  • It was agreed that if Carrie, confirmed the casing that the code was valid to be added.

  • The Instance document mock up was reviewed and agreed upon.
