CIECA Member Spotlight Article

Alexa Holly

In a recent CIECA member spotlight article, Myles Chaput from Alexa Holly Inc. shares information about the company's use of CIECA Standards.

He said Alexa Holly is utilizing the BMS file structure to automatically process claims on the backend using many other integrations and APIs for body shops from Mitchell Connect.

"Without the BMS standards in XML format, there would be little possibility of getting information across the cloud to our other automation platforms," said Chaput. "They are very consistent and reliable."

In order to maintain the health of the format, Chaput said all companies currently using it should support the CIECA mandate with an annual membership.
