New Member: Claim Transparency Innovations

Welcome to new CIECA member Claim Transparency Innovations! Established by Robert L. McDorman and Brian Deorsam, the company developed an in-house proprietary collision claim management portal for body shops called Transparent Claim.

Deorsam, the portal’s developer, said that it’s critical that everything is centralized into one standard.

“This enables us to communicate more efficiently with each other and share data,” he noted.

“It is important that we have a transparent industry standard for using and sharing data,” added McDorman. “I applaud CIECA and its vision.”
