ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Budget
- Committee reviewed the budget. Identified some areas of concern relating to revenues and corrected revenue forecast.
  - Corrected a calculation in the revenue forecast worksheet that understated revenue
  - Agreed to apply a 90% attrition to Membership Renewal revenue.
  - Plan conference at a net wash (revenues = expenses) in the event the conference does not happen
  - Paul will do final review and share a clean version with the Finance Committee
  - Paul will prepare a PowerPoint that covers assumptions and key drivers
Bank Transition Plan
- Plan was reviewed and approved by the committee
- Paul will open a new Bank of America account with support from Phil M and Greg B
