We do have a Tow Type Code List (Light Duty, Medium Duty, Heavy Duty, Motorcycle)
Tow has VehicleInfo, Additional Info and the Code List Values to say the type of Tow and category.
Vehicle Info
Has VIN but each manufacturer can use the codes to identify as they wish and they do not standardize electric or type
Tesla uses 7 for Battery Type and 8 for number of engines.
Mitsubishi uses 7 for Type of Vehicle and 8 for engine.
