ANTITRUST STATEMENT

As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Meeting Minutes

The antitrust agreement was read and the minutes were approved.
Website design:
- Paul showed the progress made with the new CIECA website—cieca.info. He went over the basic design of each of the sections and invited feedback from the committee on colors, fonts, photos, etc. He also talked about how the standards are going to be organized. Rick mentioned he liked the look and flow. Kim said it was a lot more logical than the previous website. Melissa said it looked coherent.
- Paul then gave an overview of ZoHo and the apps it includes.
- We talked about the plans for the launch of the website. The member management system is being moved over to the new website, which includes invoices, and access to the member portal. We will let members know that we’re getting ready to launch the website and there may be some downtime over the weekend.
- Melissa said that Paul has done an excellent job on all of the work involved.
