Budget
Financial Statement REview
Meeting Minutes
Nov 2021 Financial Statement
Revenue New: Difficult to forecast, particularly during COVID where there has been lower activity with new startups, etc.
Revenue Renewal: Variance is driven by two factors
AMFAM has said they want to cancel, which is a $15k impact
New billing system functions differently and the timing of invoices is different that may create a temporary change in billing cadence. It will self-correct over time as new invoices are generated out of the new system.
3 large company payments are outstanding, but are in process as we work with their procurement departments on PO’s and Invoicing processes.
Expenses are in line with the exception of Executive Bonus which was paid in 2021 for a 2020 expense.
This will be more evident once the 2021 bonus check is issued in December
2022 Budget
Reduced renewal revenue by $15k to reflect AMFAM cancellation
Increased Executive travel
Increased Proj Mgr travel
