ANTITRUST STATEMENT
As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

BUDGET: We will begin go to develop a Budget for 2022. Paul to analyze actuals to 2021 budget and develop a first draft to share with the Finance Committee
The goal is to have a draft budget to review with the Board at the November meeting.
FINANCIAL REVIEW: The committee reviewed the proposal from the accounting firm. We identified a couple minor typos to be corrected and we would like to firm up a target date for completion… Nov 30, 2021.
Paul Barry made a motion to approve the financial review plan once the document is corrected. The motion was approved.
