CIECA Board of Trustees member Bill Brower, MBA (left), Solera, Inc., took part in a panel discussion with insurance industry leaders at Connected Claims USA 2022 last week. The focus of the presentation was on redesigning and digitizing the auto Direct Repair Program (DRP) claims process.

“Over the past several years, we’ve seen new innovations that have helped expedite claims, but these digital tools have not fully been utilized in the DRP process," said Brower.

Welcome to new CIECA member 3E Ventures! The company’s flagship location, Evolve, opened in October and Chief Technology Officer Aner Marks said the CIECA BMS implementation and eventual CIECA JSON API Standard, will help integrate data to and from its shop management systems.
