ANTITRUST STATEMENT
As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.

Financial Review in 2022 (See March Meeting Minutes)
Meeting Minutes
Paul reviewed financials with the committee. No concerns at this point. Financials are broadly in line with the prior year and we are slightly better than budget in terms of revenue and expenses.
Paul reviewed the background on the financial review process from 2021 and the need to get the process started for this year.
In 2021 we retained VonLehman and Associates to conduct the review.
They gave an estimate of $3,500-4,500 for the audit
Actual invoice was for $4,500
The committee discussed the benefits of staying with VonLehman to perform the audit since they now have a baseline understanding of our needs and processes.
Paul will notify VonLehman of our intent to use them again.
Ashley Denison will work with Jeff Dietrich to coordinate the formal engagement with VonLehman
Paul will send an email to Ashley & Jeff about getting the process going.
Ashley inquired about the CONNEX conference and how Sponsorship revenue is doing.
Paul shared that at the moment we are right where we were 1 year ago.
We have several past sponsors who have expressed an intent to be a sponsor, but just haven’t paid yet.
